You will need to contact me for delivery times. You may order as much or as little as you like

Email or telephone 0115 8753664 your order to us stating what date you want the item/items for.

When I have received your order I will send a confirmation email back to you and also another email at time of posting.

BUZZ CERAMICS posts to anywhere in the world just contact us for shipping costs.

We prefer to accept cheques or postal orders made payable to BUZZ CERAMICS and sent to

DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail Recorded and Special Delivery to addresses in the UK. Please contact us for postage charges on particular items.

 

REFUND AND RETURNS

No refunds or exchanges are available on personalised items unless an error has been made by us.

Please be sure to double check that your spelling & dates are accurate.

In the event that your item has arrived damaged please contact us ASAP and we will arrange to get a replacement to you immediately.
